Returns and Exchange Policy

All items are thoroughly inspected before being placed in store or sent out to our customers to ensure a high level of quality control in the garments you purchase from us.

We want all of our customers to be happy, therefore if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at n22fashion@gmail.com so we can work something out. In the event that we will agree to a return, shipping will not be refunded. If the items are not received in their original condition they will be automatically returned to the customer.

All sale purchases are final and there will be no refunds, credits or exchanges offered.

Store returned items will be issued as a Store Credit Voucher to the same amount of original purchase.

Due to the popularity of our designs and limited sizes we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size in stock to exchange. For this reason, any returns will automatically be issued as a Store Credit Voucher that will allow you to revisit our site to either purchase a different item or the same item in a different size, provided it is available.



Processing your order.

Orders received between Mondays to Friday before 2pm will be processed within 48 hours for shipment. Orders will be processed within 48 hours, unless your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday. If for any reason N22 Fashion is unable to fill your requested order you will be notified as soon as possible via email and we will make a payment reversal if payment has been processed.

If you require any items urgently - express postage needs to be selected.

Local collection.

Local collection is available between 8am – 4pm Monday  Friday.


We use Australia Post Flat Rate Satchels. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive notification from N22 Fashion. This will give you a tracking number you can check on www.eparcel.com.au . Parcels will be delivered Mondays to Friday between 9am – 5pm. If you would prefer not to include signing for delivery please advise. If you would like your garment sent in an overnight bag, please advise.

International Orders

We use Australia Post Airmail for International Orders. Delivery is made within 3 to 10 working days; however, we cannot assume responsibilities for delays. N22 Fashion will not be held responsible for any duties, tariffs or additional charges once the items have left Australia. Standard delivery satchels are used and for goods weighing 500grm (usually 2or 3 items) or less - the cost is $30.00 AU. A tracking number will be sent once dispatched.


All prices on our website are quoted in Australia dollars ($AU) and are GST inclusive.
Payment for items can be made in the following forms:

  • Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard) please note you can process your credit card through Paypal, you do not need your own PayPal account.
  • Direct Debit 
  • Afterpay
